Minimum Order: Individual items must be ordered in assortments which total $250 or more per order to one location. Orders less than $250 will be subject to a $25 handling charge.

Returns:

End-user Customers: Return the product where purchased or contact the IMMI Outdoor office for more information.

Trade Customers: All product returns must have an RMA # (Return Material Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting the IMMI Outdoor office. Non-Defective Product Returns: IMMI will not accept non-defective returns, unless due to some fault of IMMI. Non-defective returns will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge, or will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. Defective Product Returns: Credit will not be given without written authorization. Return requests must be faxed or mailed to our office, and must include an itemized list of materials to be returned, reasons for return, and the date and number of IMMI’s invoice. Approved authorizations will be signed and returned to customer with RMA#, and must be included in return shipment for proper and timely credit to be given.
