IMMI provides a limited warranty, covering defects in workmanship and material for one year from date of purchase / invoice. IMMI will replace product without charge, or refund purchase price, at our option, on any products found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period. This warranty does not apply to any product which IMMI deems subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, negligence, or unauthorized repair. The duration of all other express and implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, is limited to one year from date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.

Since the application of IMMI products are beyond IMMI’s contol, IMMI’s liability, and the purchaser’s sole remedy relating to the installation, application, or use of IMMI’s product, shall be strictly limited to recovery of its purchase price, and shall under no circumstances include recovery of any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages, whether based on damage to or loss of profits, cargo, vehicle, or any other damages.

Warranty Claims
End-user customers: To make a warranty claim, contact us at the phone number / address listed on the “Contact” section of the web site and follow instructions that will be provided. Any returned product that is replaced or refunded becomes the property of IMMI. Purchaser shall be responsible for any shipping costs to IMMI. Please retain your purchase receipt to verify date of purchase in order for warranty claim to be honored.
